Group Fitness is a motivating, social environment that is designed to help all members achieve their fitness goals. As fitness is so varied, so is our Group Fitness program and we have a range of certified instructors who are skilled and educated to adapt and respond to a wide range of fitness levels. All participants, regardless of their fitness and skill level can enjoy a safe and effective workout.
The most fun a kid can have at the gym without breaking a sweat!

Spa Kidz is one of the valued services offered by Spa Lady. It is a drop-in babysitting service for children and is available for Spa Lady members while they exercise. Moms can experience a worry-free work-out knowing their children are being cared for in one of our kid-friendly play areas. Our friendly, creative staff provide a safe, welcoming and fun visit. Kids can choose from our wide selection of toys, games, movies, books and crafts.
