A Certified Personal Trainer is responsible for integrating new members into their new lifestyle, ensuring they have the tools necessary to use their membership on a regular basis. This involves training clients on a regular basis and creating a program that clients can follow when they are exercising without a Personal Trainer.
Group Fitness Instructors and Yoga Teachers:

The Spa Lady Manager in Training program is open to those who have demonstrated excellence in their role as a Fitness Consultant or Personal Trainer.
All candidates must work at least 6 months in either a Fitness Consultant or Personal Trainer position within Spa Lady before being considered for a permanent management position.
The Customer Service Associate is instrumental in supporting International Fitness Holdings members and internal employees on a variety of issues. This skilled employee will achieve exceptional levels of customer service while supporting business processes.
This full-time, salaried position, located at the International Fitness Holdings Head Office in Northwest Calgary, is vital to the Member Services Department.
The Customer Service and Inventory Associate is instrumental in supporting IFH’s members and internal employees on a variety of issues. This skilled employee will achieve exceptional levels of customer service while supporting business processes.
They will actively assist with maintaining and coordinating an acceptable level of inventory to the club locations, along with greeting and directing members, guests and callers to International Fitness Holdings Head Office.
This individual will have great attention to detail; be well organized, must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This team player must have the ability to manage workloads, solve problems and be personable and out-going.
